Courmayeur offers an endless variety of activities and leisure both in winter and in summer.
In winter the ski area features about 100 km of slopes on both sides of Chécrouit and Val Veny; for FREE-RIDE lovers as well, there is a large number of off-piste which can be reached either from the trodden track of the ski-area, or from the MONT-BLANC CABLE CAR. With the latter, you'll be able to reach the Toula and the famous Vallee Blanche off-piste. Finally, do not forget the possibility of HELISKI.
In Val Ferret, our guests will be able to practice cross country or you could use the ski track for pleasant walks in the snow as well. On request we organize funny snowshoeing excursions for all levels.
In summer Courmayeur offers the possibility to practice many sports such as biking, golf, rafting, trekking, fishing, climbing. You will be able to discover our beautiful trails either on foot or by riding your mountain bike, lost in a unique landscape. You could play golf at the foot of Mont Blanc in Val Ferret, or challenge Dora Baltea's waters while rafting. The most brave and trained ones can use the help of the Alpine Guides to deal with a climb at high altitude. Finally, culture lovers will not want to miss a visit to Aosta, an ancient Roman city, or to the many medieval castles that Aosta Valley hosts, and to Forte di Bard which has now turned into a cultural center, home to so many exhibitions and events.
